Quality Policy Excel Translations' Quality Policy is to ensure conformance to client specifications, respect the confidential nature of the work it carries out, adhere to delivery commitments, keep the client fully and reliably informed of project progress at all times, and fully meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003. To achieve this overall policy, all employees are directly responsible for the quality of their own work. The management of the company is dedicated to ensuring that the Quality System will be continuously monitored and updated as necessary. It will actively involve employees and promote an environment of mutual respect and trust.
