Excel Translations specializes in multi-language and multi-platform software localization projects. Our engineers ensure that all localized materials are adapted to client specifications, and they provide engineering support, compilation and testing, locale management, multimedia and Web development, and translation memory management. As part of the localization effort, Excel Translations will also make sure that all embedded graphics, image maps, and screen captures are as attractive and effective in the localized applications as in the domestic release.

Excel Translations' localization-engineering staff routinely works with software resource and online help localization on MacOS and Windows operating systems. Excel Translations has, at its disposal, current, state-of-the-art PC and Mac desktops, and adds new equipment as required for project work. We maintain a universal Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) subscription that makes available to us every U.S. and localized version of Microsoft's operating systems, development tools, Office products, and glossaries as well as the MSDN Library, an extensive collection of documentation on CD. We maintain multiple OS PCs with all of the localized platforms that we require for testing. Mac-based applications are tested on native localized MacOS systems for all major languages. Excel Translations also has Linux capability.

Last but not least, Excel Translations has the capability to handle audio files and to provide transcription, translation, recording and delivery of audio to audio localized files, in any major format.
